Today, Kaefer (UK & Ireland) offer a wide range of industrial services including scaffolding, insulation, and surface protection, dedicated to providing their clients with reliable and high-quality services. These services are provided across two business units, ‘Nuclear and Defence’ and ‘Industrial and Energy’.
ARMS Ltd, having worked with the business leadership at Group level in Germany in the past have been asked to focus on the UK & Ireland business to appraise the current safety culture across these two business units. Once completed in Q4 we aim to provide a plan for positively shaping the future safety culture having listened carefully to what is being said from Board level to the operational staff.
